To provide you with the most accurate information, I’d appreciate it if you could include your wedding date, as well as the location — the city and venue where your celebration will take place. It would also be helpful to know the approximate number of guests, as this may determine whether a second photographer or an assistant will be needed for the day.

I’d also love to hear about your vision for the wedding and what you expect from me as your photographer. If there are any special moments you’d like me to capture, details you’d like me to pay extra attention to, or anything you’d prefer me to avoid during the day, please feel free to mention it. The more I know about your plans, the better I can prepare and create photographs that truly reflect your story.
